Ang Tatay Mong Kalbo

As an avid fan of theater plays, The Theater 'Phileo did a great play showcasing their talents in terms of acting, props, design, stage, music, and the program flow.
Their play was called "Ang Tatay Mong Kalbo" A Filipino adaptation by Isagani Cruz from the play of Eugene Ionesco's "The Bald Soprano." It's a form of theater of the Absurd. a play that uses Non sequitur as its literary device.

I never thought that an incredible play like that can be showcased by a mere organization of theater in a college, for I am an avid fan of stage plays, and I always watch plays in the Cultural Center of the Philippines.

Overall, this play executed a well done play. The acting of the artists are complemented the characters that they portrayed; thus, the props that they had with them are well shown and exhibited. The designs are arranged properly without distracting the audience. The stage are relevant to the play as it showcased the setting of the plot. The music and sound effects are nicely picked by the technical committee; Nevertheless, The play is well constructed and would recommend it to my friends who are also likes to witness good theater plays.
