Pepero day is an observance in south korea similar to Valentine's day, but held on November 11. The original purpose of pepero was to exchange sticks with each other in hopes in becoming taller and thinner, but became to show affection for friends and loved ones.

November 11 was a memorable day for Asia Pacific Junior Marketing Association for they held and organized the event Pepero day. With the sponsorship of Lotte, the APJMA was given the honor to help Asia Pacific College commemorate the Pepero Day.
The event was filled with fun booths, activities, DIY Pepero, Pepero Wall, Photobooth and a lot of pepero.
APCians, and the chosen invited high school students, and the proffessors enjoyed and went home with peperos in their bags.
As part of the APJMA organization and a pepero ambassador, I was blessed enough to witness how fun and challenging organizing and commemorating Pepero day was. An event worth participating and organizing.
